Bounded by healthcare professionals & AI engineers in 2025. At Clinic Scribe, we believe that clinicians deserve to spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork. That’s why we built a voice-powered, AI-enabled documentation assistant designed specifically for small and mid-sized clinics. Clinic Scribe was born out of frustration—and hope. Frustration at watching talented physicians, nurse practitioners, and office staff spend hours struggling with documentation. Hope that with the right technology, we could give some of that time back.
As a healthcare leader with a background in clinical operations, pathology, and public health, I’ve seen firsthand how over-documentation is silently draining the heart out of small medical practices. Big systems may have the budget for scribes and complex automation.
